Resumen

El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar la transformación del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la carrera de Emergencias Médicas mediante el uso de entornos virtuales de aprendizaje. Se empleó un enfoque mixto con diseño secuencial explicativo, aplicando un cuestionario validado a 108 estudiantes y entrevistas a docentes. Los resultados evidencian un nivel medio-alto de competencias digitales, con fortalezas en el uso de LMS y debilidades en simulación clínica y resolución de problemas tecnológicos. Se identificaron diferencias significativas entre semestres (p = 0.014) y una correlación positiva moderada (r = 0.58). Se concluye que los entornos virtuales son efectivos, pero requieren modelos híbridos, fortalecimiento docente y mejora institucional para el desarrollo de competencias clínicas
