Resumen
Las redes de aprovisionamiento internacional dependen cada vez más de relaciones interorganizacionales capaces de combinar coordinación, confianza, intercambio de información y mecanismos de gobernanza. En Ecuador, la exposición a disrupciones logísticas globales, la presión por mejorar tiempos y costos y la necesidad de fortalecer la competitividad empresarial hacen pertinente examinar cómo se articulan estos factores. El objetivo del estudio es analizar la influencia de las dinámicas de cooperación y de los mecanismos de gobernanza sobre la eficiencia de las redes de aprovisionamiento internacional de empresas ecuatorianas durante 2026. Se plantea un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal y correlacional-explicativo, con profesionales y directivos responsables de compras, logística, comercio exterior y cadena de suministro como unidad de análisis. El instrumento propuesto utiliza una escala Likert de cinco puntos y operacionaliza cuatro dimensiones explicativas intercambio de información, colaboración, confianza y compromiso, y gobernanza de la red y cuatro dimensiones de desempeño, desempeño logístico, eficiencia operativa, continuidad del abastecimiento y competitividad. El análisis se proyecta mediante estadística descriptiva, evaluación de fiabilidad y validez, y modelamiento de ecuaciones estructurales por mínimos cuadrados parciales. Debido a que el material base no contiene una base de datos de campo, el manuscrito no inventa resultados empíricos: presenta el modelo, las hipótesis, el protocolo analítico y los patrones esperados que deberán contrastarse con información real. La contribución esperada es ofrecer evidencia contextualizada para fortalecer la coordinación, resiliencia y competitividad de las redes internacionales de suministro en Ecuador
