Aprendizaje Basado en el Error como estrategia didáctica para la comprensión de los números enteros en estudiantes de octavo año de Educación General Básica Error-Based Learning as a didactic strategy for understanding integers in eighth-grade students of Basic General Education

Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo localizar y proponer directrices didácticas basadas en el Aprendizaje Basado en Errores (EBL) para fortalecer el aprendizaje de los números enteros en estudiantes de octavo grado de Educación General Básica. Se construyó de manera cuantitativa con un enfoque secuencial, descriptivo, no experimental y transversal. Se seleccionaron 29 estudiantes y 3 profesores de un instituto educativo en el cantón de Portovelo. Se utilizó una prueba diagnóstica en tres dimensiones y entrevistas semiestructuradas para los profesores con el fin de recopilar datos. Se encontró un promedio general del 70%, con un 48.3% de los estudiantes en un nivel alto, un 31.0% en un nivel medio y un 20.7% en un nivel bajo. De manera similar, las dificultades fueron mayores en cuanto a la aplicación de los procedimientos y la resolución de actividades, lo cual también fue confirmado por los profesores en las entrevistas. Siguiendo estos resultados, se crearon directrices didácticas basadas en EBL para promover la reflexión sobre los errores, la argumentación matemática, la retroalimentación formativa y la resolución de problemas, así como la colaboración. Hemos concluido que el análisis de errores es una forma efectiva de enseñar números enteros y fomentar un aprendizaje significativo
